The FDI1605 machined ball screw is supplied with a high quality double ball nut pre loaded to P1 (Zero Backlash) and the ball screw is available with a length up to 1100mm that is machined to fit the BK/FK12/BF12/FF12 ball screw supports.

We have three standard lengths (400, 800 and 1100mm long) These lengths include the machined ends, so as an example the 1100mm long ball screw has 1019mm of usable thread and is ideal for a X or Y axis.

The FDI1605 ballscrew is supplied with the FDI Double ballnut pre loaded for zero backlash. If you reqiure no pre loading the FSI1605 machined ball screws should be selected.

The ballscrew is 16mm diameter with a lead of 5mm and the screw has a lead accuracy grade code C7.
